Intended for professional use on turfgrass and lawns only, the Brandt iHammer Megalex 3-0-0 Liquid Fertilizer can be used to enhance growth and improve the appearance of athletic fields, golf course greens, tees, and fairways. It contains a proprietary liquid foliar formulation that helps build stronger and healthier turf, while enhancing growth in low light shade areas to give turf a vibrant, green pigmentation.

The proprietary formulation transports nutrients into turf and plants, helping boost energy and growth. It helps establish deep root systems that help turf and plants better manage heat, drought, and traffic. Expanded root systems enhance water and nutrient uptake and invigorates overall turf health. This helps build stronger, greener, more vibrant turf for optimal course playability.

Mixing: Add 1/2 the water volume to the tank and add in Megalex. Add products in this order, mixing thoroughly after each addition: adjuvants, pesticides, then fertilizers. Fill the tank with the remainder of water and continue agitation until solution is entirely mixed. Check chemical mixture compatibility using a jar test prior to application. Spray within 8 hours of mixing.

Application Rates:

• Turfgrass (eg. athletic fields, greens, tees, fairways): Shake well or stir before applying. For larger turf areas, apply 9.45 L (2.5 US gallons) of Megalex in 378.5 L (100 US gallons) of water per acre. Apply at least twice monthly during growing season and allow at least 6 hours before / after irrigation event for maximum benefits.
• Lawns: Apply 215.8 mL (7.3 fluid ounces) of Megalex in 9.45 L (2.5 US gallons) of water per 92 square meters (1000 square feet).
• Ornamental and Horticultural (eg. ornamental flowers, landscaping, evergreens, shrubs, trees, palms, even those grown in nurseries and greenhouses): Mix 3.78-9.45 L (1-2.5 US gallons) in 378.5 L (100 US gallons) of water and spray foliage to drip. For best results, apply on a regular schedule every other week.

NOTE: Optimum rate of application will vary depending on soil properties (pH, organic matter content, texture), weather conditions, time of year, general plant species, and health. Spray only onto target areas. Staining occurs if diluted solution sets on non-target surfaces (eg. wood, paint, cars, cloth, tractors, asphalt, concrete, tile, fences, etc). Should accidental contact occur, immediately wash off with clear water. Do not pour on roots.
