Components for the Hypro D30 Diaphragm Pump include the Hypro 9910-GS40GI Pressure Regulator and the 9910-KIT1640 Gearbox.

Hypro 9910-GS40GI Pressure Regulator:

The 9910-GS40GI Pressure Regulator, also called a control unit, attaches directly onto the Hypro D30 and D50 Diaphragm Pumps. Maximum flow rate is 21 gpm and maximum pressure is 580 psi. Weighs 3.5 lbs.

9910-GS40GI Regulator / Control Unit includes:

Adjustable high pressure relief valve
Pressure gauge
Bypass lever
Two 1/2" hose barb outlets with individual shut-offs
3/4" hose barb bypass

Hypro 9910-KIT1640 Gearbox:

The Hypro 9910-KIT1640 Gearbox, also known as KIT1636, attaches the Hypro D30 Diaphragm Pump to a 5.5 HP gas engine with a 3/4" keyed shaft. It also works on the Hypro D303 and D403 Diaphragm Pumps. The gearbox is commonly found on many lawn spraying systems manufactured by Rittenhouse.

Use this Gearbox with 90 weight gear oil found in many hardware and automotive stores. Be careful not to put too much oil in the gearbox. The dipstick for the gearbox has a ridge near the bottom of the stick, do not fill past the ridge. ****The o-ring is already installed in the Gear Box, feel inside the ridge. ****

This is a 6:1 gear reduction for attaching to a Honda or Briggs gas engine.

Note: This 9910-KIT1640 Gearbox can also work with the D50, D503, and D813 Diaphragm Pump models but it is mandatory that the pumps are operated at lower pressures that do not exceed the 5 HP gas engine compatibility.
