Product Description
Components for the Hypro D403 Diaphragm Pump include the Hypro 9910-GR40 Pressure Regulator and the AR1636 Gearbox. Also fits the Annovi Reverberi AR403 Diaphragm Pump.
Hypro 9910-GR40 Pressure Regulator
The Hypro 9910-GR40 Pressure Regulator, also referred to as a control unit or relief valve, works on the Hypro D303 and D403 Diaphragm Pumps to regulate and control pressure. It handles maximum flow rates of 11 gpm and maximum pressures up to 580 psi. Weighs 2 lb.
9910-GR40 Pressure Regulator Includes
- Adjustable high pressure relief valve.
- Complete bypass lever.
- 2 1/2" gauge.
- 2 x 1/2" hose barb outlets with individual shut-offs.
- 5/8" hose barb bypass.
AR1636 Gearbox
The Annovi Reverberi AR1636 Gearbox allows for the Hypro D303 or D403 Diaphragm Pump to attach to a 5.5 hp gas engine with a 3/4" keyed shaft. It also works on the Hypro D30 Diaphragm Pump. The gearbox is commonly found on many lawn spraying systems manufactured by Rittenhouse. Replaces the discontinued Hypro 9910-KIT1640 Gearbox.
Use this Hypro Gearbox with 90 weight gear oil found in many hardware and automotive stores. Be careful not to put too much oil in the gearbox. The dipstick for the gearbox has a ridge near the bottom of the stick, do not fill past the ridge. The o-ring is already installed in the gear box, feel inside the ridge.
This is a 6:1 gear reduction for attaching to a Honda or Briggs gas engine.
This AR1636 Gearbox can also work with the D50, D503, and D813 diaphragm pump models but it is mandatory that the pumps are operated at lower pressures that do not exceed the 5 hp gas engine compatibility.
